I help them focus on mindset and nourishment to create a positive vibe, more energy and balance their stress levels. Ultimate goal: live younger... longer!
Yes, you read that right.... live younger, longer! Making small changes can make a big impact over time. Ya didn't get this way overnight so ya can't expect to get fixed overnight! Don't get me wrong, many things have immediate results. There's lots of easy fixes, but the bigger things, the deeper things, take a little longer.
A little bit about me...
I started my journey with dōTERRA® in 2015 after years of searching for any type of relief. Since I was a pre-teen, I struggled with daily head tension, half of them debilitating with visual auras. Ya'll know what I'm talking about.
Imagine my surprise when I was introduced to Peppermint and PastTense Essential Oils. Relief!!! Finally!! Got me thinking... if essential oils can help with that, what else? Anxiety? Mood swings? Tight chest? Wheezing? Skin lesions? My list was long. Since then, I have completely replaced my purse full of pills with essential oils.
